Founded in 2018, MyMedical was established with a clear and compelling vision: to provide holistic, patient-centred care by combining best-in-class medical services with compassion and empathy. We are the clinical operations company behind that network, and we are responsible for everything clinical: the care model, the clinicians, appointments, diagnostics, clinical governance and the standards the service is measured against.

From site selection and fit-out through to rostering, clinical governance and reporting, we take responsibility for the whole operation — and for the clinical care delivered inside it, at every site.
Site selection, clinical design, equipment specification, regulatory readiness and the full mobilisation of a new site.
Recruitment, credentialling, induction and ongoing professional development for doctors and nurses.
Rostering, patient flow, diagnostics, electronic prescribing, discharge summaries and GP correspondence.
Clinical audit, incident management, patient experience measurement and performance reporting to our partners.

Standards
Our clinics hold CHKS accreditation — an independent healthcare accreditation covering clinical governance and patient safety. It is awarded on assessment against published standards and maintained through ongoing review, which means it reflects how the clinics actually run day to day rather than how we describe them.
