My Medical Urgent Care Centre Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) designs, staffs and operates urgent care clinics in Ireland. This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website and with our business activities as a company.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers:
It does not cover patient records. This website is an information page about our company. It has no patient registration, no booking and no contact forms, and it collects no patient or health data of any kind.
We are responsible for all clinical care delivered at the clinics we operate, including assessment, treatment, appointments and clinical records. Patient information is processed at the clinic, not through this website, and patients are given our privacy information and the terms of our data sharing agreement with Laya Healthcare during digital registration when they attend.
If you are a patient with a question about your health information, please raise it at your clinic or contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@mymedical.ie.
This website does not ask you to create an account, and it contains no contact forms. Like almost all websites, our hosting provider automatically records limited technical information in server logs each time a page is requested. This may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser and operating system.
We use this only to keep the site running, to diagnose faults and to protect against attacks and abuse.
If you email info@mymedical.ie or telephone us, we will hold your name, your contact details and whatever information you choose to include, so that we can respond and keep a record of the correspondence.
Please do not send us medical information or details of your care. We are not the right recipient for it, and we would need to redirect you to Laya Healthcare.
If you apply to work with us we will process your CV, your contact details, your employment history and any information you provide in support of your application, together with the outcome of that application.
Our use of cookies is described separately in our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:

We aim to keep personal data within the European Economic Area. Where a provider we use transfers data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with any additional safeguards required.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and staff training. No system is completely secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@mymedical.ie. We will respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity first.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell our Data Protection Officer at dpo@mymedical.ie first, so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission:
